This lighting pole is designed for use in various outdoor spaces such as parking lots, downtown areas, neighborhoods, walkways, and building grounds. It is constructed from A36 Steel and provides uniform lighting to ensure visibility and safety. By effectively illuminating large areas, potential obstacles to traffic are minimized.

The pole shaft is round tapered and made from Q235/GR50/GR65 steel plate in a one-piece construction. The seam of the post is welded using plasma welding equipment, ensuring a sturdy and seamless structure.

The luminaire arms, used to hold the lighting fixtures, are also made of Q235/GR50/GR65 steel plate. The connecting parts of the lamp arms are welded using the Submerged Arc Welding process, ensuring durability and stability.

Each light pole includes a hand hole, which is designed with a light pole access cover and cover attachment hardware. The pole assembly is provided with a 120*300mm rectangular hand hole, allowing easy access for maintenance or wiring purposes.

The base plate of the lighting pole is square-shaped and features four slotted holes for anchor bolts. It is fabricated from steel and is circumferentially welded to the pole shaft at the top and bottom, providing a strong and secure foundation.

Anchor bolts are rolled from galvanized steel (Q235B) and are included with each lighting pole. The anchor bolts come with two nuts and two flat washers, all hot-dip galvanized, and sized to match the anchor bolts. This ensures proper installation and stability.

After the hot-dip galvanizing process, the lighting pole undergoes passivation and thickening treatment, resulting in a zinc layer with a thickness of more than 80 um. This treatment enhances the pole's corrosion resistance and extends its lifespan, providing a warranty of more than 20 years.

Additional options are available for customization, such as hardware, custom tenon sizes, custom colors, different luminaries (light fixtures), custom pole heights, additional handholes, and custom base plate dimensions.
