Our single and double arm conical lamp poles are constructed using Q235 Steel as the raw material. They are available in heights ranging from 3 meters to 12 meters (15ft, 20ft, 30ft, 35ft, 40ft) with a wall thickness of 3.0mm to 6.0mm (0.12 inches to 0.19 inches). These poles come in both single and double arm types, with variable arm lengths from 1m to 3m. The curved arms are specifically designed for mounting LED street lights or solar street lights.
The design of these light poles is simple and basic, making them easy to install and maintain. They have undergone rigorous testing for high strength and durability. Generally, they are suitable for various applications such as streets, squares, stadiums, highways, expressways, and seaside areas. These street lighting poles meet all relevant ASTM standards and undergo flaw testing after welding. The internal and external double welding ensures a visually appealing weld, in accordance with international welding standards like CWB and BS EN15614. Our team of welders has over 18 years of welding experience.
To enhance the longevity and corrosion resistance of our light poles, we apply a hot-dip galvanization process to the entire pole. The zinc layer thickness is not less than 80 microns, and our LECUSO light poles typically have a zinc layer thickness exceeding 100 μm. This ensures that our poles can withstand coastal environments without experiencing significant corrosion, thus providing a service life of up to 20 years.
